Shipping

Our pieces are always available for local pick up if you wish to pick it up yourself. Once you have made your purchase, we will be in touch with more details on how to pick up your item. We ask that you pick up your item within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, a storage charge may apply if other arrangements have not been made. As you will imagine, storage space is extremely valuable, however we can be flexible, please just ask. If non collection has occurred, items will be auctioned off via public auction, in accordance with the ACCC.

Of course, if you are in the same location as the item but would prefer a local courier to deliver the item to you, this is also an option. More on couriers below. 

For Metro Melbourne or Victoria, there is no limit to what can be delivered, so if something is of interest please use our shipping quote function below. We will receive your request by email and have a quote back to you within 24 hours. If for any reason we expect delays, you will be notified. Delivery methods range from door to door drivers, Sendle, Australia Post, or personal drop offs by one of us.

Make sure to include your shipping location and the item that you are interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours with the shipping costs.

For larger items that need to be couriered, you will need to arrange and pay for a courier to deliver the item to you. Again, we ask that buyers arrange for their couriers to pick the item up within two weeks. You may wish to obtain a quote from a courier before making your purchase in order to factor courier costs into your purchasing decision. Shipping / courier costs are not included in the cost of the item. 

To help our buyers with the courier process, we have put together a list of local and interstate couriers. It is just a starting point and you are welcome to use a courier of your choice, but we hope the list is helpful to you. Once you have made your purchase, we will be in touch with more details on the courier process.
