Condition: Fair, There are some rips and tears to the fabric. From the front, this goes unnoticed and the sofa presents beautifully. There are multiple small markings to the back and between the modular pieces of sofa. Particularly the rounded module has a sizeable tear on the side (it is covered by the module next to it) -  images of damage attached for reference.
